What age is Teki for?
Roughly ages 4 to 7. Every game has three levels. You choose the one that suits your child.
What will my child learn with Teki?
You practise seven areas through play: movement, hands and drawing, talking and stories, attention and memory, numbers, independence and feelings. In Adventure, Teki helps each one get its turn.
What is AI Teki?
It's part of Teki Plus and Teki Family. Here Teki talks and plays with your child with the help of artificial intelligence. It's off until you switch it on, and only you can. You set the daily limit, too. The microphone listens only while your child holds the talk button, or while a Teki call you allowed is open on the screen. We never store their voice; their words go as text to a language model in the United States so Teki can reply, and are never used for training.
How much screen time does it take?
A session is 5 to 12 minutes, and many games need no screen at all. You set the daily screen time: 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes, or no limit.
Do we need the internet?
To download, yes; to play, no. Play downloaded games anywhere. Once you're back online, your progress updates.
I have more than one child. Can they all play?
Yes, with Teki Plus or Teki Family. Plus is for up to 3 children and Family for up to 10, each with their own progress. On every plan, 2 adults can use Teki, each on their own phone.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Choose Teki Plus or Teki Family and try everything free for 7 days. If you like it, there's nothing to do: your subscription simply continues. If not, cancel at least a day before the 7 days end. Then you won't pay a thing.
How do I cancel?
Where you started it: in the App Store or Google Play, in a few taps. Your progress stays, and you can keep playing with Teki Basic.
Which devices does it run on, and in which languages?
iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. All of Teki is available in Hungarian and English.
Safety and data
Is Teki safe for my child?
Teki is made for children and run by adults. There are no ads, a nickname is all your child needs, and everything that costs money or changes settings sits behind your parent PIN.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Some of our providers also work in the United States; the privacy policy names each of them.
How do I delete our account?
In the app, in a few taps, or with the account deletion form linked at the bottom of this page. Deleting the account deletes your children's profiles and progress too.
